KahrsStore Shipping Information - US and Canada

Kahrsstore.com ships customer orders to destinations in the US next business day, Monday through Friday from our warehouse location in New Castle, Delaware, USA, with some exceptions. Orders shipping to Canada ship once each week, typically on Friday. KahrsStore ships only to locations in the United States and Canada. To see the cost of shipping your Kahrs Store order,
  1. Enter the 'Shipping Address' zip code during checkout.
  2. Under 'Shipping Options', select the "Apply" button that appears next to the 'Shipping Method' pulldown menu. This will allow you to view the shipping methods available and the price for each method.
  3. Use the 'Shipping Method' pulldown menu again to choose the best shipping service for your order and select the "Apply" button again to add your choice to the order before you continue on through the Kahrsstore checkout page.
If an Item is Backordered
Occasionally products are backordered or out of stock. Most often, this information is shown on the kahrsstore.com website. If you place an order and an item in your order is not available and was not marked as such on the website, a Kahrs Store Customer Support team member will reach out to you via email with additional information.

Shipping within United States
Kahrs floor care and maintenance products ship via UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day, Select, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air Saver to destinations in the United States with the exception of Hawaii & Alaska where shipping options are limited to UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air.

Delayed shipping, typically by one day, should be expected when an order is placed on or the day before a major US holiday that falls on a weekday (Mon - Fri). UPS transit delays are possible during heavy shipping months such as December. Major weather events can also cause shipping and transit delays, especially during winter. If you must receive your package by a specific date, the best option is to choose one of the expedited shipping options where applicable.

Shipping to Canada For shipment to Canada, Kahrsstore.com ONLY ships via UPS Standard. Customers pay the LANDED COST which means you will know the total cost of your order before it leaves the US and you will not be charged any additional fees or taxes by KahrsStore. The kahrstore.com checkout cart will automatically calculate your Shipping/Landed Cost when you enter your shipping address during the first part of the check out process.

IMPORTANT CANADIAN NOTICE: We are a Non-Resident importer to Canada. All Customs duties, brokerage fees and Goods and Services Taxes (GST) are included in the shipping price. There is no Provincial Sales Tax (PST) under this arrangement.

We currently ship once a week to Canada, generally Fridays. It takes 2 days for your package to get to Fort Erie, plus additional transit time to your Province. The "Shipping Options' during checkout on KahrsStore.com takes this into consideration and will show accurate UPS shipping time.
